About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Customer Experience to play a pivotal role in the executive leadership team, driving the organization's growth, customer service, and competitive edge in the AI era. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global commercial and customer experience organization, with a focus on sales operations, inside sales, account management, strategic account sales, business development, new logo acquisition, and customer care. This role demands a leader who can work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other senior leaders to build a customer-centric, AI-enabled growth engine that meets and exceeds sales targets. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President include driving growth through the execution of the global commercial plan, owning the full customer lifecycle, and leading the transition to a more strategic and customer-focused sales approach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming sales organizations, modernizing commercial operating systems, and leading AI-enabled transformation. They should also be adept at closing complex, large-scale transactions and aligning the enterprise to operate as a cohesive, customer-focused system. The role requires a leader with a general manager's mindset, a strong background in commercial leadership, and the ability to represent the company with strategic customers, partners, and the market at large.
