About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales for Personal Care Services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the company's mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their preferred home setting. This role is pivotal in developing and leading a team of dedicated healthcare providers, with a focus on strategic growth, market expansion, and exceeding regional and agency sales and revenue expectations. Key responsibilities include assessing agency performance, recruiting and training patient care coordinators, conducting market assessments, and leading account development with major regional healthcare entities. The role also involves close collaboration with operational and clinical leadership to ensure the successful implementation of growth plans and regular performance reviews. Applicants for the Senior Vice President Sales position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field within the healthcare industry, and a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role. While not mandatory, experience in home health or hospice is preferred. The role requires proficiency in MS Office, the ability to travel extensively, and a strong commitment to the company's values of care and compassion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a dedicated professional with a proven track record in driving sales and growth in a healthcare setting.
