Location Wicker Wellness Center, Union College, Schenectady, NY Supervisor Amanda Tommell-Sandy Work available Days Rate of pay $9.70/hr Responsibilities Develop creative and engaging content for the Wicker Wellness Center’s social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook. Support staff in creating educational materials and health promotion campaigns that resonate with the Union College student body. Assist in the planning, promotion and execution of on-campus wellness events and workshops. Design flyers, posters and digital content using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Take photos and videos at events for use in future marketing materials. Support general administrative tasks of the Wicker Wellness Center as needed. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with major social media platforms. Experience with or interest in marketing, design, health promotion, and event planning is preferred. Creative, attentive to detail and possess a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to complete tasks both in the office and remotely depending on the weekly schedule and access to in office work space.
