Production Line Lead

Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Line Leader to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and safe production of goods, lead a team of assembly line workers, and maintain high standards of quality. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, factory experience, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. The Production Line Leader plays a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes and fostering a productive work environment. Pay & Schedule Pay $19 per hour Monday–Saturday 12pm start time (having Thursday & Sunday off) Duties Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to meet production targets Lead, motivate, and train team members on proper assembly techniques and safety protocols Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the assembly line and coordinate repairs or maintenance Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies or issues to management Assist in inventory management within the warehouse area as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency Qualifications Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Hands‑on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly Familiarity with safety procedures in an industrial environment Must be able to work in a cold environment (30–40 degrees Fahrenheit) This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic manufacturing team where your skills in assembly, mechanical knowledge, and leadership will contribute directly to our operational success. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific American Fish Company (PAFCO)
