Surge Staffing is actively seeking a motivated Talent Advisor for a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, conduct interviews, and recruit the right candidates for temporary placements. A high school diploma and at least one year of sales experience are essential. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various Microsoft applications and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
