What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient orthopedic consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
• Perform surgical procedures within scope of practice
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records using EPIC EMR system
• Contribute to hospital trauma services as part of Level I trauma team
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio Medical License or eligible for licensure
• Board Certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Ability to relocate or live within a 40-mile radius of Ashtabula
• Experience working in outpatient and hospital settings
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
