RecruiterWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter to provide additional support to a busy Human Resources team during a period of organizational growth. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of clinical, administrative, operational, and internship positions.The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-volume environment, proactively sourcing talent, partnering with hiring managers, and keeping multiple searches moving at once. This role requires someone who can take ownership of their workload while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Manage the recruiting process from initial job posting through offer and pre-employment requirementsPartner with hiring leaders to understand staffing priorities, position requirements, and recruiting challengesReview applications, conduct initial candidate interviews, and evaluate qualificationsSource active and passive candidates through ATS tools, professional networking platforms, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channelsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill openingsCoordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication between candidates and hiring teamsPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide insight throughout the selection processPrepare and extend employment offers while coordinating necessary pre-employment stepsDevelop recruiting relationships with colleges, community organizations, workforce programs, and professional groupsRepresent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction initiativesMaintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking systemMonitor open positions, recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progressAssist with recruiting reports, metrics, and process improvement initiativesPartner with HR to create a smooth transition from candidate selection through onboardingMaintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout each stage of the hiring processQualifications:2+ years of high-volume recruiting experienceExperience with UKG Recruiting is strongly preferredPrevious recruiting experience within nonprofit, behavioral health, healthcare, or a related environment is highly desirableHands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional sourcing platformsStrong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive talentExperience managing multiple open requisitions and competing hiring prioritiesStrong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partnersHighly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-throughComfortable working independently and taking ownership of recruiting deliverablesAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionAdditional Details:Candidates should be comfortable attending job fairs and recruiting events as part of their onsite schedulePerks:Hybrid schedule with two remote days per weekOpportunity to join a growing organization with significant hiring initiativesHigh-visibility recruiting role with direct partnership across HR and department leadershipOpportunity to recruit across a variety of professional, administrative, and specialized positionsPotential for the contract to extend or transition into a permanent opportunityAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
