Clinical Pharmacist - Day Shift

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a highly-respected medical center, in Los Angeles, on a full-time basis.
- Schedule: 5x8s | Shifts: Days
- Start Date: ASAP
- Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekends as needed
- IT Systems: Epic, Pyxis
- Verify medication orders in an inpatient setting
- Oversee pharmacy technicians
- Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapy
- Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
- Support safe and efficient pharmacy operations
- CA Pharmacist license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient / clinical experience
- Strong clinical and communication skills
