Project ManagerLavallee Brensinger Architects (LBA) is seeking a collaborative and experienced Project Manager to join our Higher Education Studio. We're looking for a motivated leader who can guide projects from early planning through construction while mentoring teams and delivering exceptional client service.The Project Manager will lead and manage all aspects of project execution, including assisting in strategic planning, design, construction documentation, administration, and effective communication with the project team and clients. This role involves collaborating with the Studio Leader to estimate fees, define project scope, and prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts. The Project Manager will monitor project scope, schedule, and the work plan, while ensuring full integration and communication of design and technical details.
