Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate care to patients in both acute care and outpatient settings, adjusting treatment approaches based on individual patient needs.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings in detail to inform treatment strategies.

• Maintain compliance with corporate standards and all state, local, and federal regulations regarding patient care and professional conduct.

• Participate in facility meetings and professional development opportunities as directed by management to stay current with industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with at Retain Wellness & Physical Therapy primarily include individuals suffering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).

• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida is required.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association is mandatory.

Preferred Experience
