You will be part of a small, cohesive team consisting of two skilled physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical goals and rehabilitation needs, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, typically treating one patient per hour to ensure focused and effective therapy sessions.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise protocols tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Deliver cost-effective interventions aimed at enhancing patients’ range of motion while reducing reliance on medications and avoiding unnecessary surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and other specialists to provide holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of the patient’s health are addressed.
• Motivate and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a sense of achievement and improving their functional capabilities.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly and modify rehabilitation plans based on patients' progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services and progress notes in electronic medical records (EMR), specifically utilizing WebPT for streamlined communication and data management.
• Encourage lifestyle modifications focused on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and overall health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients who are seeking treatment for injuries, post-surgical recovery, or chronic pain management. You will work closely with individuals of all ages, tailoring your interventions to accommodate their specific needs, functional abilities, and treatment goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist, with an impeccable professional record free from disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and comprehensive understanding of orthopedic principles.
• Exceptional skills in developing, implementing, and evaluating exercise protocols to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, to manage patient documentation and treatment records.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred, enhancing your insight into various treatment modalities and patient management strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patient needs.
• Previous experience in conducting patient evaluations and developing personalized treatment regimens.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
