Roles and Responsibilities Maintain and repair plant mechanical systems, hoists, cranes, boilers, and piping. Install or rearrange machine tools and equipment. Fabricate, assemble, and erect test facilities and related equipment. Support sheetmetal, ductwork, and complex rigging. Operate machines, sheet metal tools, and hand tools for painting and wood work. Install or replace locks on office furniture and toolboxes. Work from blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions and maintain records. Minimum Experience and Qualifications 2+ years of facility maintenance, including installation or rearrangement of machine tools and erection of steel structures. Experience installing and maintaining low and high pressure piping systems. Read blueprints and complete welding tests prep for certification. Pass a written assessment.
