Responsibilities Representing purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds, public companies and private companies in structured finance transactions. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and agreements. Communicating with clients and transaction counterparties. Working collaboratively to manage closings. Supporting the practice as needed. Qualifications Recent 2026 law school graduate seeking a full‑time position beginning this fall with a demonstrated interest in structured finance. Exposure to or familiarity with structured finance transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements, and financing arrangements. Strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast‑paced practice. Embraces teamwork and contributes to a supportive and inclusive work environment. Possesses outstanding oral and written communication skills. Is conscientious with exceptional attention to detail. Has a sincere interest in career development and welcomes feedback. Must include a law school transcript with application. Benefits Pursuant to NewYork law, the salary range for this position is $225,000 based on experience. Salary may vary based on years of experience; associates may hold the title of Law Clerk or Associate.
