Associate Attorney

Compensation: $190,000–$205,000 per year, plus bonuses Experience: 5+ years of business litigation experience Benefits: Full benefits package available to full-time employees About the Role Ghassemian Law Group, APC is seeking a skilled Associate Litigation Attorney to join our team in Mission Viejo. This is an excellent opportunity for a California-licensed attorney with at least 5 years of business litigation experience to work on diverse, rewarding matters in a supportive, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is organized, tech‑savvy, an effective communicator, and ready to contribute to both client success and team development. Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence. Prepare all necessary legal documents for client matters. Represent clients in court, including arguing motions. Analyze cases and develop effective strategies to meet client goals. Help administrative staff on client meetings, billing, and project completion; and Collaborate with senior attorneys for trials, arbitrations and mediations. Qualifications Active California Bar License in good standing. Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Proficiency with modern legal technology. $190,000–$205,000 per year, plus bonuses.
