Human Resources ManagerGeneral Position Purpose:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the organization's growth by developing policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Essential ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategyOversee employee performance management, training, and development initiativesAdminister compensation and benefits programsMaintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal regulationsProvide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR mattersHandle employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actionsEnsure HR records and documentation are up to date and confidentialMonitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform business decisionsFoster a diverse and inclusive workplace environmentManage and administer immigration matters, including visa processing and compliancePrepare and deliver monthly HR reports for leadership reviewManage and oversee the administration of surveys to gauge employee sentimentImplement projects, events, and processes that create a inclusive, welcoming, and professional cultureManage the full onboarding process to align with business needsLead, manage, and support the HR team, including assigning tasks, providing mentorship, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering professional developmentOversee the end-to-end visa and immigration process for employees, partnering with external legal counsel to manage sponsorships, renewals, and permanent residency applications efficiently.Required Competencies and Skills:Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailStrong leadership, communication, and team-building capabilitiesHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office softwareFamiliarity with HR, labor laws, and onboarding compliance (e.g., I-9, E-Verify)Respond to internal and HQ requests for updates, reports, and operational insightsKorean speaking proficiency (preferred)Education and Work Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree RequiredInterview Process:Step 1: Receive applicationsStep 2: Pre-screen Interview w/ RecruiterStep 3: Interview w/ Director of OperationsStep 4: Panel Interview w/ Upper-level ManagementStep 5: Reference Check + OfferStep 6: Background check + OnboardingStep 7: Welcome AboardWhy work at BTI?We’re committed to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
