This is a Hybrid role reporting to our City of Industry headquarters 2 days per week What We're Looking For: The Senior Accountant plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of SuperCare Health’s financial records and supporting accurate, timely financial reporting. This position is responsible for complex account reconciliations, month-end close processes, and continuous improvement of accounting operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to partner cross-functionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You’ll Do Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for asset, liability, revenue, and expense accounts Lead critical aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Analyze financial data and variances, providing insights and recommendations to management Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budget vs. actual analyses Reconciliations & Controls Perform and review complex account reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved timely Maintain and strengthen internal controls by documenting and improving accounting processes and procedures Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and company policies Operational Support & Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency through automation and best practices Support implementation of new accounting standards, policies, and system enhancements (including ERP improvements) Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Billing, Revenue Cycle, Operations) to ensure accurate financial data flow Audit & Compliance Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries Ensure financial records are audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements General Responsibilities Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and project support as needed Handle sensitive financial information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism This role may be a fit if you have...
