Remote Office Manager - Plumbing & Heating (Housecall Pro) (Fully Remote)

Administrative backbone for a plumbing and heating company on Housecall Pro. Handle calls, scheduling, invoicing, permits, and payroll. Responsibilities: Own call handling, booking, and schedule management. Manage invoicing, collections, and AR follow-up. Run payroll, onboarding, permits, and COIs. Up to $1600/month plus annual bonus. Health, life, vision, and dental insurance. 16 days PTO, remote-first culture.
