Remote Office Manager / Dispatcher - Plumbing Company (FieldPulse, QuickBooks) (Fully Remote)

You’ll be the remote office manager for a family-owned plumbing company in the US, running the office end to end. Answer every customer call and text, own the dispatch board, and close out jobs. By your 90th day, you’re the administrative backbone of the business. What You’ll Own: Call intake and customer communication from one shared inbox, entering every lead the same day. Scheduling and dispatch as the single source of truth, including reschedules and equipment. Job tracking, estimate follow-up, job closeout, payroll support, permits, and daily reporting. What You Bring: 2+ years as an office manager, dispatcher, CSR, or operations coordinator, ideally in field services. Hands-on experience with FieldPulse, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms. Clear, confident English and a reliable remote setup.
