Senior Account Manager

For over 15 years, L&L has built commercial stairs, railings and architectural metals that last. Now we’re growing into new prefabricated product lines, and we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to help lead that growth. The role at a glance Location: Owings Mills, MD, with local travel Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Pay: $75,000–$90,000 base + up to 10% annual performance bonus, moving to base plus commission once our product line is fully launched Who we are Since 2009, L&L Incorporated has designed, fabricated and installed commercial stairs, railings, structural steel and architectural metals. Where we’re going We’re turning 15+ years of fabrication know-how into new prefabricated product lines built to reach customers well beyond the Mid-Atlantic. This role will help build that business from the ground up. What you’ll do Grow the business Find and win new accounts, including distributors, high-volume buyers, property managers and general contractors, through calls, email, LinkedIn, site visits and industry events. Grow existing accounts by introducing the full range of L&L services and our growing product line. Own the relationship Own a book of commercial accounts and be their main point of contact, building long-term relationships that keep clients coming back. Resolve client issues quickly and professionally. Work as one team Work with estimating, project management and production on quotes, schedules and client needs. Share client and market feedback that helps shape our offerings. Keep accounts, contacts and deals current in HubSpot and report on pipeline and forecasts. What you bring Experience 5+ years of B2B account management or sales, including 2+ years at the manager or senior account level. Proven experience in large distribution sales: managing and growing high-volume distributor, dealer or wholesale accounts, ideally in building products, construction materials or manufacturing. Existing relationships with construction vendors and multifamily corporate clients. Skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable learning technical products and talking with contractors and property managers. Organized, self-motivated and comfortable with a CRM (HubSpot a plus). Requirements Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
