Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address various issues such as communication difficulties, grief, relationship problems, and overall family dynamics.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that integrate client strengths, challenges, and goals.
\n
• Engaging in regular clinical supervision and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Active participation in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents facing a range of challenges associated with family dynamics, anger management, and transition periods such as separation and divorce. Your focus will be on creating a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can express their feelings and work towards actionable solutions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exhibiting the capacity to build therapeutic rapport and provide compassionate care.

• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach towards clients' experiences and struggles.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling effective handling of multiple clients and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth therapy and familiarity with digital platforms for virtual counseling.

• Previous work with family systems and an understanding of systemic therapy approaches.
\n
• A background in handling cases related to issues such as blended families, substance abuse, and grief.

• Ability to work flexible hours, taking into account the varying schedules of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, aligned with experience and qualifications.
