Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients who are recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and advanced modalities.
• Utilize specialized exercise programs to help restore strength, flexibility, and coordination in patients.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Regularly reassess patient conditions and modify treatment plans to align with rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate closely with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to provide education on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid and current state license to practice physical therapy in California.

Compensation and Benefits
