CNC Machinist / Programmer
Integrative Staffing Group (ISG) is hiring a CNC Machinist / Programmer for a well-established precision manufacturing company in Irwin, PA.

Location: Irwin, PA
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and program CNC machining centers
- Perform machine changeovers and tooling setups
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds for machining operations
- Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
- Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Make minor program edits and offset adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements
- Maintain production documentation and quality records
- Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous CNC machining and programming experience required
- Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with G-Code programming and machine setup
- Strong understanding of machining practices and tolerances
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
