Connect with customers by phone, email, text, and live chat
Schedule sales appointments and create a great first impression
Respond quickly to internet leads and customer inquiries
Help customers find the right department and resources
Follow up with potential buyers and keep conversations going
Work closely with our sales and management teams
Use our CRM system daily to track customer interactions
Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every customer experience

What We're Looking For

Customer service experience preferred
Automotive knowledge is a plus (but we'll train the right person!)
Strong communication and computer skills
Team player mentality with a positive attitude
Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow
Professional and friendly personality
