As part of a national brand with 30+ years of industry leadership, we provide top-tier exterior cleaning services—and now, we’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help us expand our footprint. If you excel at generating leads, converting prospects into loyal clients, and maximizing revenue opportunities, this is the perfect role for you! What You'll Do Drive outbound sales efforts to secure commercial power washing contracts Handle inbound residential sales leads and convert them into closed deals Manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, estimating, presenting, and closing Build and maintain strong client relationships with high-end residential and commercial property owners Dedicate 80% of your time to client-facing activities (estimates, meetings, follow-ups) Spend 20% of your time on professional development, training, and team collaboration Participate in ongoing personal and professional sales training What We Offer Lucrative commission structure – Earn up to 20% on cold commercial deals ( uncapped earnings and accelerators!)
