Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions, assisting adults dealing with a variety of emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to monitor progress and make data-informed adjustments to treatment plans.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, which simplifies record-keeping and enhances workflow efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on working with a diverse adult population experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
