Work Environment\n

As a remote clinician based at our detox center in Chicago, you will work primarily from home, accommodating the unique needs of your clients. Our flexible work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings and weekend hours required based on client availability. While you will primarily communicate via telehealth, regular touchpoints with team members for collaborative case management will also be essential. This role emphasizes the importance of flexibility to provide continuous care for clients facing urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs, taking into account emotional, mental, and social factors that influence their quality of life.

• Facilitate communication among family members involved in client care, addressing conflicts and enhancing collaboration.

• Educate clients and their families regarding available resources and support programs to foster social engagement and improve quality of life.

• Document all assessments, care plans, and interactions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with senior clients and their families, addressing the multifaceted challenges associated with aging, mental health issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
