Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new and ongoing patients to identify their mental health needs effectively.

• Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

• Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to share patient progress and address any emerging challenges.

• Schedule and conduct regular follow-ups, including home visits when necessary, to ensure continuous support and monitor treatment effectiveness.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute insight on patient care strategies and program improvements.

• Provide education and training to staff on the implementation of therapeutic techniques, as well as documentation standards.

• Document all sessions accurately through electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Act as a bridge between clients and the broader mental health community to facilitate access to additional resources and support services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
