Manager, Oracle HCM Absence and Benefits - U.S. or Canada

Oracle HCM Benefits & Absence Implementation Leader – U.S. or Canada Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Absence modules across all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, the role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to integrate Benefits and Absence with Core HR, Payroll, and other modules, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance. Throughout the implementation lifecycle, the lead provides guidance, documentation, and mentoring to team members while driving high‑quality, compliant workforce management solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings Experience as a functional application specialist Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams Canadian citizenship is needed for TN visa travel to the U.S. as needed. Estimated base salary: $145,000.00 – $170,000 (U.S.). Total estimated compensation range: $166,750 – $212,500 (U.S.).
