About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Infrastructure Project Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise infrastructure initiatives by providing governance, coordination, and portfolio-level project management services across multiple infrastructure towers. This role is pivotal in project intake, initiation, dependency management, risk oversight, and ensuring standardized reporting. The Associate Vice President will partner with infrastructure tower leads, project sponsors, and technical owners to support project intake, qualification, and tiering, and will lead the development of standardized initiation artifacts. Maintaining project readiness criteria, visibility of project-level risks, and supporting project change assessments are also key responsibilities. Applicants must possess strong foundational skills, including organizational ability and leadership, and be able to hold PMO members and stakeholders accountable for key governance activities. Experience with reporting tools, particularly Power BI, is essential, as is the ability to maintain PMO standards in compliance with internal policies. The role requires a professional presence, with the ability to communicate confidently with leadership and demonstrate strong accountability. A 4-year college degree and experience in a financial firm are mandatory, with a preference for those with a background in finance and advanced proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, self-disciplined, and process-driven work style, and be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
