Remote Temporary Attorney Engagements - Washington Barred

Adams & Martin Group is currently recruiting Washington-barred attorneys interested in taking on part-time and full-time temporary engagements with firms.

Types of Engagements

• Document Review: handling 1st, 2nd level, and other tasks within traditional document review projects for firms. Requires previous experience handling document review thorugh e-Discovery platforms such as Relativity on behalf of litigation team. Practice areas can include breach of contract, IP litigation, class action/MDL, and others.
• Document review engagements estimated to run 1-2 months, full-time hours with a pay rate range of $27-32/hour, depending on firm/client budget
• 100% remote

• Litigation Assistance: full-time need to assist with one or more cases, assisting team with basic discovery, research, law and motion work, include possible deposition and trial preparation. These roles may be in general insurance defense and civil litigation. Open to at least one year of experience within civil litigation.
• Depending on firm need, number of hours/week will vary as well as pay range of $50-75/hour. Based on tasks and complexity of caseload and years of litigation experience.
• This role will be mostly remote, with the need to attend hearings in the Seattle and Bellingham areas.
