Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Comfortable with IEP development and goal setting
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments for students requiring OT interventions
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions targeting students’ specific needs within a school environment
• Participate in IEP and student support meetings, providing professional input on student progress and appropriate accommodations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, goals, and outcomes
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to promote carryover of skills and accommodations within the classroom and school setting
• Adhere to school, district, and regulatory guidelines and best practices
