Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience delivering OT services in school settings.
• Strong familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Proficiency in using teletherapy tools and technology for remote service delivery.
• Ability to adapt strategies to fit diverse student needs and abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with students, teachers, and families.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services on-site and via teletherapy as required.
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress.
• Collaborate closely with general and special education staff to support inclusion and student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
• Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive devices to enhance student participation.
• Engage families, offering guidance and resources to support student development across school and home environments.
