Key Responsibilities Own and operate the global customer advocacy and reference program, ensuring quality and business impact Build and maintain a strong library of reference customers and advocacy assets, collaborating with internal teams Measure and improve program performance, optimizing processes and driving internal adoption of customer advocacy Required Qualifications 4-7+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or B2B advocacy programs Proven experience in managing customer reference programs at a global scale Strong program management and operational mindset Hands-on experience with program tooling and data quality management Familiarity with customer reference governance and brand risk management
