Job Description
Job Type: Full-time / Entry Level Location: Los Angeles, CA
We are looking for an energetic Event Assistant to help plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events and community activations. This position plays a key role in attracting new customers and creating memorable brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Engage with guests and customers during events to promote products and services.
- Assist in product demonstrations, sampling, and lead generation.
- Maintain event materials, displays, and promotional supplies.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to meet event goals.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer interaction and event effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate: A people-focused, energetic individual who enjoys working in dynamic environments and helping customers connect with the brand.
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable to changing event environments.
- Comfortable engaging with the public and promoting products.
- Team-oriented and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Experience in events, promotions, or customer service is a plus.
