Essential Duties

• Lead all daily kitchen operations.
• Coach, train, develop, and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, cultivating a collaborative and motivated team environment
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure consistency with standards and customer expectations
• Maintain food, labor, and operating costs while achieving financial goals
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and health department standards
• Build a positive, accountable culture centered around teamwork and growth
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent

Qualifications

· Serve Safe certification required

· Ability to produce excellent culinary and restaurant experience for guests

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong time management, scheduling, managerial, and organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and under pressure

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· Attention to detail

· Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior

· Ability to adapt quickly to change and offer ideas for continuous improvement

· Analytical thinker and ability to exercise good judgment

· Positive and professional attitude

· Must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays

· Minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
