Sales coordinator

The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to ensure the efficient execution of sales activities, client communications, group bookings, and revenue-generating initiatives. This position serves as the primary liaison between the Sales Department and other hotel departments, ensuring that all client expectations are communicated accurately and fulfilled. The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining customer relationships, supporting revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest service.

• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
  Follow all hotel policies, safety standards, and brand requirements.
  Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
  Represent the hotel professionally at networking events and community functions as assigned.
  Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Monitor group pickup reports and room block utilization.
• Assist in tracking sales goals and revenue performance.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Help identify opportunities to maximize occupancy and hotel revenue.
  Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of hotel sales, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
