Sales Coordinator (Forklifts/Boom Lifts/Scissor Lifts)

South Florida Caterpillar dealer is seeking a Sales Coordinator to coordinate new equipment sales activities by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:

Order and receive new equipment and attachments from various vendors as required through sales, division needs and forecasts through purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics D365 software, assign barcodes to all equipment received and monitor monthly inventory scanning, create and maintain equipment lease contracts as needed to include equipment movement records for transporting equipment, occasionally swap units in existing lease contracts and update records, assign repairs to service department for lease units and predelivery inspection on new equipment, process invoices from vendors, register new equipment for warranty, maintain quote funnel and market participation in lift net 2.0 quote (Logisnext) as well as Iron man programs. Create and invoice sales orders, create loaner and demo contracts when required, process and register out of territory sales shipped in to our warehouse, maintain new equipment inventory report and distribute to sales staff on a timely basis and help the division outside of regular assigned duties when required to include covering front desk.

To perform these job duties successfully, the individual must be able to multi-task, maintain a high level of priority as well as organizational skills regardless of interruptions and surrounding noise levels. Past clerical experience helpful. Computer literate in the following Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics D365 and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalence.

Must be punctual and possess good attendance habits
