Adhesive Assembly Technician
Pay: $18.00/hour
Location: Attleboro, MA
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Adhesive Assembly Technician to join a precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble small components using specialized adhesives and hand tools while ensuring each finished product meets quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals with strong manual dexterity who enjoy hands-on, detail-focused work.
Responsibilities
- Apply adhesives to small components using a variety of application methods and tools.
- Assemble and bond parts according to work instructions and quality specifications.
- Position, secure, and align components to ensure proper adhesion and assembly.
- Trim excess material and remove surplus adhesive from completed parts.
- Perform visual inspections to verify product quality and identify defects.
- Follow detailed work instructions and established production procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with additional production or assembly tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or similar hands-on work preferred.
- Experience working with adhesives, small components, or precision assembly is a plus.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and diagrams.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
