About the Role
The Company is seeking a Division Vice President for its Homecare Staffing Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the franchise oversight of 40+ locations across the US, with a primary focus on driving sales growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in sales, particularly in the homecare staffing industry, and a proven track record in a similar executive position. The Division Vice President will also be tasked with P&L management to ensure revenue growth and profitability, as well as leading franchise development initiatives to expand the business and support the launch of new franchises in key states. Applicants for the Division Vice President position should have a background in franchise development and operations management, and be adept at leading a geographically dispersed team. The role demands an individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, who can effectively connect with healthcare professionals and franchise partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving the company's mission to connect caring entrepreneurs with the healthcare field. A strong sales leadership experience and a proactive approach to business expansion are essential for this role.
