Our primary objective is to jumpstart the success of your career. Your first weeks/months you will be trained extensively to model the proper foundation of our top sales leaders. Your role is to first establish your business through personal sales using our gold-standard system and methods. As a Field Manager we will develop and compensate you as a qualified sales-trainer, while assisting in the growth of your team.
