With more than 100 physicians representing over 20 specialties across 6 locations in Middle Tennessee, MMC is committed to delivering exceptional, state-of-the-art care to thousands of families each year. The CEO serves ON-SITE/IN-PERSON as the top executive leader of a physician-owned, multi-specialty group practice. This individual is responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, financial performance, and cultural integrity of the Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter (MMC). The CEO works in close partnership with the Board of Directors and physician stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care while maintaining the independence and values of a physician-led model.The following 4 positions report to the CEO: CFO, COO, CHRO, and Director of Marketing. This is a rare opportunity to lead one of the Southeast's most respected physician-owned medical groups at a pivotal moment in its history.
