About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as the top executive leader of its physician-owned, multi-specialty group practice. The CEO will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, financial performance, and cultural integrity of the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can preserve the company's independence and physician-owned culture while capitalizing on market opportunities and leading the organization through growth. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the Board of Directors and physician stakeholders, with a focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective care. Key responsibilities include financial stewardship, physician engagement, community and market leadership, operational excellence, talent and organizational development, and governance. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or finance/accounting, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years' of executive leadership experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in ambulatory physician practice, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading physician-owned and multi-specialty practices, with a strong background in financial and accounting acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to create diverse revenue streams within the healthcare setting. Core competencies for the role include being patient-focused, collaborative, decisive, ethical, and visionary. The CEO must also demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, and have a history of building and leading high-performing teams.
