Benefits Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting employees with leave of absence and Workers Compensation inquiries, the full-time remote Benefits Coordinator will manage claims, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist with the administration of company benefit programs. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary resource for leave of absence questions from employees and management Administer leave programs and workers' compensation in accordance with applicable laws Assist in the administration and enrollment of various employee benefits programs Required qualifications Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field; Bachelor's Degree preferred Prior experience in human resources, preferably with benefits experience Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Proficient in HRIS and navigating carrier enrollment sites Detail-oriented with good judgment and prioritization skills
