Job Description
Benefits Job Duties:
•Create and send out benefits packets for all eligible Hotel, Clinic, and Bluestone employees
•Create benefits files
•Update benefits packets as needed
•Create and send out Open Enrollment packets with mandatory mailing information yearly
•Answer employee questions regarding benefit plans and/or claims
•Process all benefit enrollments, terminations, changes in appropriate TPA system
•Process STD checks weekly for Hotel, Clinic, Bluestone, and Sporting Club employees
•Process 1094 and 1095c forms for Hotel and Clinic employees yearly
•Maintain records in life insurance TPA systems (newly eligible employees, terminations, pay changes)
•Process Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSO's)
•Review hours annually to determine benefit eligibility
