Remote Collections Representative

Seeking motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Collections Representative will communicate with consumers to resolve unpaid accounts, provide account updates, and perform skip tracing in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Communicate with consumers via telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts Provide accurate account updates and maintain computer files for each interaction Conduct skip tracing to locate consumer contact information and assist delinquent consumers in meeting payment obligations Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience in commercial collections is required Knowledge of FDCPA regulations is helpful Ability to maintain confidentiality and pass pre-employment background checks Available to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
