• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Shift: Full-Time, outpatient clinic with infusion suite
• Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours
• Experience: 3-5 years Hem Onc experience
• Licenses/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license, relevant Hematology/Oncology certifications
• Travel/Reimbursements: Travel and other reimbursements when applicable
• Type: W-2, outpatient clinic setting

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (Note: pay package discussed upon application)

What You'll Do

• Manage and follow a full panel of complex patients with co-morbidities
• Conduct treatment visits, follow-ups, and some new patient appointments
• Coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with physicians in a high-volume practice environment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Work until last chemo/biotherapy session is complete each day
• Participate in rotating Saturday call (approximately once every 3 months)

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Louisiana
• 3-5 years Hematology/Oncology experience
• Ability to coordinate complex patient care efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Existing Hematology/Oncology certifications
• Experience in outpatient infusion suite settings
