About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief of Staff for Campaigns to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining systems that ensure effective coordination with various campaign teams, both within the Mayor's Office and across other city hall teams. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of the Campaigns team, including project management, and is focused on building a positive and effective team culture. The Deputy Chief of Staff will also work closely with the Chief of Staff and Campaigns Director to track and manage political, legal, and communications developments that impact the office's mission and activities. Applicants for the Deputy Chief of Staff for Campaigns position at the company should be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams. Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to demonstrate excellent political judgment, strategic thinking, and a creative approach to problem-solving. The role requires a minimum of a baccalaureate degree and four years of experience in government or organizing activities, or a high school diploma with six years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in areas related to the duties of the role and a proven track record of supporting and advising in the execution of successful campaigns that engage the community.
