Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans that meet clients’ specific needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops, fostering a safe environment for peer support and collective healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
