Senior Director of Communications

Leading the measurement and insights for Global Communications, the full-time Senior Director of Communications will manage data analytics, AI capabilities, and team development to inform strategic communications and enhance audience engagement, based in Indianapolis or remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and govern measurement strategies and reporting standards for Global Communications Build scalable dashboards and data systems to provide actionable intelligence for strategy and performance measurement Lead the reputation and trust measurement program, tracking stakeholder trust and emerging trends Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Science, or Business Analytics 10+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or business intelligence with a focus on data analytics Experience with AI tools and platforms for data analysis and trend forecasting Proven track record of designing advanced measurement programs linking communications to business outcomes Experience in managing third-party research providers and analytics vendors
