Quality Control Inspector

The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Quality Control Inspector for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Princeton, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $28 to $32hr (W2)
Shift hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm - Monday through Friday (Onsite).
6 month assignment - possibility to extend or convert based off performance and budget.
Under the direction of the department management, the Quality Technician will perform a variety of functions within Quality Assurance/Operations.
Performs basic routine inspection of electronic, electro-mechanical and/or mechanical materials, components and sub-assemblies received, in process of manufacture, or manufactured, for conformance with quality assurance standards.
Inspection of incoming raw and finished goods materials.
Additional responsibilities include: documentation of equipment incidents including calibration and maintenance, correspondence with the various teams responsible for technical evaluation of parts/product, tracking of non-conforming parts/issues, and CAPA support/execution.

Qualifications:

Education: High school degree or GED required.
Prior experience with PCBA and solder inspection (IPC-610 certification) is a plus.
Prior documentation experience.
Experience with non-conforming parts/issues.
